5th Annual Peanut Butter Drive

​In August, WeDo Fudge held their annual peanut butter drive at their drive-thru fudge stand to benefit the Sequim Food Bank.  To sweeten the effort, they gave each participant a FREE piece of fudge.  Thanks to the PUD joining their efforts, they collected and donated 342 lbs. of peanut butter and $751, more than doubling their goal of 150 lbs.
 
WeDo Fudge wishes to thank the people of Sequim and the employees of the PUD for supporting the Food Bank.  They also want to thank all the volunteers at the Food Bank.  They have more than fifty adults and teenagers who accomplish the work of more than four full-time employees, helping to ensure that the financial resources remain focused on their core mission of providing food to the hungry.  There are so many wonderful reasons to live in Sequim, especially the generous kind hearts of the people!
